How It Works:

Phase I: Project Introduction

After submitting your application below, a Sovda Custom House engineer will reach out to schedule a free 30-minute call to learn more about your project.

Phase II: Feasibility Study

Our engineers, technicians, and manufacturing specialists will develop a few different concepts and plans to move forward with the project. We charge a flat fee of $550 for our feasibility studies and they will be delivered 1-2 weeks after the introductory meeting.

Phase III: Engineering

Now that a concept has been selected, our team of coffee-focused engineers will go to work designing your personalized machine. Engineering time is billed at $170/hr on a weekly basis. At the end of each week we’ll send you a design review summary which outlines the progress made that week, giving you an opportunity to ask questions, address concerns, and understand where the project is at.

Phase IV: Manufacturing

After the design has been approved by you, we’ll start manufacturing your machine in our facility. Machine and manufacturing costs are fixed up-front. Our team of talented metal fabricators, electricians, and finishers are excited to craft your one of a kind masterpiece.

Phase V: Installation

Our team will work with you to find the best shipping and installation option. You’ll have the choice to install your new machine by yourself or with the help of our experienced on-site installation team.

Phase VI: training

Our team is here to provide training and after-sales support to ensure the project is a success. Never hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
