If your answer is yes to all these questions then the Sovda Technical Brand Ambassador position may be the right fit for you.
We’re hiring for this position in both Portland, USA and Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will not be required to live in these cities but they must be available to be in the city they are hired for 3-5 days a month.
Meet the world’s top coffee roasters and most influential people in the coffee industry such as; Onyx Coffee Lab in the USA, Coffee Collective in Denmark, Tim Wendelboe in Norway, Rosso in Canada & La Tienda Del Barista in Argentina.
Our customers include some of the most unique coffee roasteries, spanning across Asia, Russia, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We are in seventeen countries and counting.
You will be joining one of the fastest-growing international suppliers of specialty coffee roasting solutions.
Founded in 2017, Sovda is a fast-growing international supplier of specialty coffee roasting solutions. Starting with the industry’s most accessible optical sorting machine specifically designed for the needs of the most demanding coffee roasteries, Sovda has continued to bring industry-leading products to the global stage under the motto: “Better design, better coffee”.
We are looking for two people to represent Sovda among our clients. One will represent Sovda in North America, and another in Europe. You will be the point person for installations in your area—but will be occasionally asked to travel outside of your region.
In a nutshell: you will be the point person for sales in North America as well as the technician for installing equipment in North America and around the world.
Combining technical knowledge with sales is a key part of Sovda's customer service strategy.
Availability: This person must be able to work on-site in Portland or Brussels 3-5 days per month and travel to install sites up to 15 days per month.
Compensation: fixed salary + sales commissions + flat fee for installations/commissioning.
You can expect between 40k-60k in your first year depending on performance and your schedule
Because of the large amount of untapped market potential in both North America and Europe, we're excited to hire two technical brand ambassadors to serve these markets.

The ideal candidate would:
Have formal technical training of some sort

Flexible (Understanding that you may work outside of hours and job description at times)
