Your questions, answered

How do I reach out to SOVDA?

Head to our Contact page by clicking here and complete the form with your query. Once you submit your request, a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing for clients based in the USA. Contact us to learn more about our financing options.

What are the payment terms? Do I have to pay everything up front?

All equipment and associated services — including shipment, training and commissioning — must be paid in full before departing from the factory.

Unless otherwise agreed upon or specified in a payment plan, the standard payment policy is 100% upfront and non-refundable.

For orders over $20,000, SOVDA offers split payment options. Additionally, we provide a 1% discount for full upfront payments exceeding $30,000.

Is shipping included in my quote?

Once we finalize a quote for your equipment, we'll request a shipping quote from our logistics department, which typically takes 2–3 days.

We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) worldwide, except in the USA, where we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Do I have to pay for Pearl Mini commissioning, or can I set it up myself?

Yes, SOVDA commissioning is required when purchasing a Pearl Mini. The cameras on the Pearl Mini are highly sensitive and must be recalibrated whenever the machine is moved to a new environment. Without proper calibration, sorting efficiency decreases, leading to high levels of ‘carryover’ — good beans mistakenly sorted into the bad bean bin.

By commissioning your Pearl Mini on-site, we ensure optimal calibration for the lowest percentage of carryover.

Calibration requires a high level of expertise, so our professionals will handle it for you.
