Your roastery grew. Packing didn't.
Built for the roastery you are now, not the one you started as. Precision Fill fills every bag to weight, so packing stops holding you back.

Packed with Precision Fill
30% more than planned.
DAK's volume more than doubled every year for three years. With Precision Fill, they pack 30% more than they first planned.
“Our volume has more than doubled every year for the last three years. The initial estimates of what we could do with the Precision Fill were wrong, as we actually do 30% more than what we expected.”

Your team
Hands on coffee, not buckets.
Your team got into coffee to roast, cup and dial in. Not to carry heavy buckets and weigh bags all day. That work wears people out, and it pulls your best people off the roaster.
The Packing Line takes it over. Every bag still lands within ±2 g (±0.07 oz).

How it works
Roaster to bag. No buckets.
One person runs the whole line.
01
SOVDA Lift carries it
Up to 500 kg (1,100 lb) an hour, into the hopper. Dust and chaff come out on the way.
02
Pick a recipe
Two taps. Each bag size gets its own recipe, saved for next time.
03
Hold the bag
Press the pedal. Each bag fills within ±2 g (±0.07 oz).
04
The next one's ready
It's ready before you are. Up to 18 bags a minute.
The Packing Line
Better with a SOVDA Lift.
Precision Fill works best with a SOVDA Lift. Here's why. Without one, someone lifts heavy buckets up to the hopper, batch after batch. With one, nobody lifts.
Add a destoner, and stones come out before they reach a bag. Have a Precision Fill already? A SOVDA Lift fits it later, too.

For roasteries that outgrew the buckets.
Choose Precision Fill if:
- Your roaster holds more than 20 kg (44 lb).
- A team packs most days, and it pulls people off the roaster.
- Wholesale is growing, and packing can't keep up.
- You've outgrown the filler you started with.

Before you order
My filler still works. Why switch?
Because “works” still costs you. Someone checks the bags, adds a few beans or takes a few out, and every heavy bag gives coffee away.
Precision Fill fills up to 18 bags a minute, each within ±2 g (±0.07 oz), so that work stops. Roasteries have packed with it since 2019. Run your numbers in the packing ROI calculator.
Precision Fill or Precision Fill Mini 2?
Pick Precision Fill if your roaster holds more than 20 kg (44 lb), a team packs most days, or you fill bags over 2.3 kg (5 lb).
Smaller roastery, or you pack on your own? Precision Fill Mini 2 sits on a table and costs less. Both fill within ±2 g.
Will it fit my bags and my roastery?
Most likely. The standard head fits most bags from 250 g (8.8 oz) up to 4.5 kg (10 lb), and we make custom heads for odd bags. It fills, but it doesn't seal, so you keep your own sealer.
It stands 2,486 mm (97.9 in) tall and needs 780 × 810 mm (30.7 × 31.9 in) of floor, single-phase power and a small air compressor you add. Send us a photo or your floor plan, and we check the fit before you order.
Who sets it up, and what if it breaks?
You do, with our guide. Then we get on a call with your team and dial in each recipe until it lands on weight. Pick one person to own it. After that, changing a bag size takes two taps.
If it breaks, we fix it. Every Precision Fill has a 1-year warranty, and you talk straight to our team.
What do I pay, and when?
Precision Fill starts at $8,950 ($9,950 in the US, duties included). SOVDA Lift starts at $7,990. Setup, training and a 1-year warranty come with both. You don't pay extra for those.
You pay before it ships. Big order? Ask us to split the payment. Need a proforma for your bank or accountant? We send one.
When does it get here, and what does shipping cost?
Up to 150 days. Often much sooner, when we have stock. You get a firm date on your call.
Shipping to the US and Europe is $490 for Precision Fill and $590 for SOVDA Lift. In the US, duties are included. In Europe, you pay import tax and duty when it arrives. Elsewhere, we quote shipping on your call.
