SOVDA Blend
Get your roaster's time back.
Stop blending in the cooling tray. SOVDA Blend takes over without adding a step, so your next batch drops on time.
SOVDA machines run in 400+ roasteries in 55+ countries.
←drag to rotate→
Blend beside the roaster. Not in it.
Part of your line, not another job.
- It loads. Its own vacuum pulls the batch in, from a hopper under your cooling tray or a bin.
- It blends. Off your roaster, while the next batch roasts.
- It drops. Three doors send it to your filler, storage or your next machine.
Blended with SOVDA Blend
The workflow of a big roastery.
“The SOVDA Blend's capabilities have enabled me to provide exceptionally well-crafted and consistent coffee, matching the standards of much larger corporate roasteries.”

The bottleneck
Your roaster is not a blender.
Every bag you sell starts at your roaster. That makes it your bottleneck: an hour lost there is lost everywhere.
Now look at how a lot of roasteries blend. Roast A, drop, cool, discharge into a bucket. Roast B, drop, cool. Lift bucket A into the cooling tray and mix. Discharge. Stop. Switch buckets. Discharge the rest.
All by hand, while the next batch roasts and waits for the cooling tray. A job a spoon and a bucket could do.
Try this: count the minutes your cooling tray spends blending this week. That's roasting time lost, and wear on your most expensive machine.

Built into your flow
No buckets. No extra step.
Big roasteries don't blend on the roaster. Blending runs on its own line, so roasting never stops for it. SOVDA Blend gives you that setup, at your size.
And it doesn't add work. Each batch drops from your cooling tray into a hopper. The blender's own vacuum pulls it in. When it's mixed, a door drops it straight into your filler, a bin or storage. No buckets in, no buckets out.
Coffee far from the blender? Add a SOVDA Lift. With its auto-start sensor, it moves coffee the moment it lands.

How it works
Your roaster keeps roasting.
Here's a roast day with SOVDA Blend.
01
Roast and drop
Each coffee on its own profile. Cool it, then drop it into the hopper below.
02
Load
One tap on the touch screen. The vacuum pulls each batch in.
03
Press start
It mixes on its own, off your roaster.
04
Drop it
Open a door to your filler, a bin or storage. Your roaster is already on the next batch.
For your head of production
Press start. Walk away.
Nobody has to stand at the blender. Load, blend and each of the three doors is one tap on the touch screen. Then get back to roasting.
It's built for a busy floor. It stops if a door opens. A torque limiter protects the motor if something jams. And the e-stop is always in reach.

Sound familiar?
- Two coffees, three buckets, and you lift every one by hand.
- Halfway through the discharge, you stop, swap buckets and go again.
- First crack is coming, and you're still mixing in the cooling tray.
- You can't look away, or the next batch has nowhere to go.
- Your back keeps count of the buckets, even when you don't.

Before you order
Why not keep blending in the cooling tray?
You can, and a lot of roasters do. But the next batch can't drop until the cooling tray is clear. So your roaster waits, and every extra hour adds wear to it. SOVDA Blend takes that job off the cooling tray.
Does it add a step to my day?
Not when it's part of your line. Each batch drops from your cooling tray into a hopper, the blender pulls it in, and a door drops it into your filler. No lifting, no switching buckets.
Do I need a SOVDA Lift?
Not always. The blender has its own vacuum loader. It pulls from a hopper, or you put the lance in any bin. A SOVDA Lift helps when the coffee is far away. With its auto-start sensor, it moves coffee the moment it lands.
How much does it blend at once?
It holds 230 L (61 US gal). That's about 85 kg (187 lb) of medium roast. Darker roasts weigh less per liter, so a bit less fits.
Will it fit in my roastery?
It needs about 1.2 × 1.4 m (48 × 55 in) of floor and stands 1.34 m (53 in) tall. Power is single phase: 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 3.5 kW. It also needs a little compressed air: 0.017 m³/h at 0.4 MPa (0.01 CFM at 60 PSI).
How long does setup take?
About half a day, with our guide. No specialist needed. Then you send us a checklist, and our team tunes it with you on a call.
What if it breaks?
We fix it. Every SOVDA Blend comes with a 1-year warranty, and you talk straight to our team.
What does it cost?
It depends on how you load it and what it feeds. Tell us about your setup, and you get your price on the first call.
