Cut Your Bagging Payroll Costs in Half
Let’s face it—packing coffee is not exciting. But what if you could get it done quickly without compromising on accuracy? What if you could do it all without breaking your back?
Sovda’s Precision Fill is at least 2x faster than hand packing
It takes around 20 seconds to fill a 5lb/2.2kg bag by hand—but 10 seconds to fill with our Precision Fill.
It takes around 15 seconds to fill a 12 oz/340g bag by hand—but 7 seconds to fill with our Precision Fill.
If you’re selling various quantities of coffee, Sovda’s Precision Fill allows you to switch from filling 12oz bags to 5lb bags (or bags of any size) in less than 30 seconds—5 seconds to change the recipe and 25 seconds to change the 3D printed head.
Our 3D Printed heads were designed to achieve greater speed than normal metal funnels. With our various sizes of heads, you can optimize how fast your coffee will flow. Our heads fit and open most bags with ease. And if you’re using especially small bags or containers that are uniquely shaped such as plastic jars—we will design and print a filler head just for you.

Every other machine is a trade off between speed and accuracy. Ours is a hybrid solution so you don’t lose out on accuracy for speed or vice versa. We do this by combining a gate with a vibrating plate to feed your coffee into your bags.
So what does this mean for your Return on Investment?
Case Study: In the United States, you pay someone to pack at minimum wage of $15/hr for 25 hours of bagging—9 hours on 5lbs and 14 hours on 12oz. If you ignore taxes and overhead, your cost is $375 a week.
With our Precision Fill, that goes to 13 hours, or $195 in cost.
Saving $180 a week or $9,360 a year
So if you don’t care about the sleek design and the technology that backs it up, you certainly care about how this machine impacts your business and your quality of life.
