Does the Pearl Mini Color Sorter replace a Destoner?

No. Pearl Mini is optical — it catches visual defects like quakers, burnt beans, and light patio stones. A density-based destoner catches heavy stones. They work best together, which is why we offer the Destoner Lift as a paired setup.
