Do I have to pay everything up front?

Most of the time, yes. You pay before the machine leaves the factory. For big orders, you can ask to split the payment.

Is shipping included in the price?

No. Shipping is extra, and you get the exact cost on your call. In the US we ship DDP, so duties are paid. To Europe and Canada we ship CIF to your nearest port. We can bring it to your door (DAP) if you ask. You pay import VAT and duty when it arrives. For other countries, we tell you the shipping cost on your call.

How long until it arrives?

Small machines like this one often ship in a week. Big orders can take up to 150 days. You get a firm date on your call.

How do I set it up?

Take it out of the box, take off the shipping supports and plug it in. Do a quick check, like on a kitchen scale, and set your bag weights. Our team helps you on a call and shows your team how to use it. The touchscreen is easy to learn.

What if something breaks?

If it breaks in the first year, we fix it. Every machine has a 1-year warranty. You talk straight to our team.

How long will it last?

It is built like our Precision Fill, which roasters have used since 2019. And you get the same personal help as with every SOVDA machine.

Will it work with my bags?

Most likely, yes. The steel filler head opens most 250 g bags and fills bags up to 2.3 kg fast. We can make a custom head for special bags.

What coffee can it weigh?

Whole beans, green or roasted. Not ground coffee. It is made for whole beans, and that is what makes it so exact. If your roaster holds 4.2 kg or less, it can weigh out your green batches too.
