We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us at SCA Houston! It was such a joy to spend time with all of you, and we’re continually reminded how fortunate we are to be part of a community filled with such passion, generosity, and dedication to specialty coffee.

A special thanks to everyone who jumped into our coffee tasting competition! We definitely didn’t make it easy—each round included one defective cup out of three cups across six different coffees, plus a bonus question: Which one is the decaf?
We were impressed by everyone’s skills, and one competitor rose to the top by identifying the defect in 6 out of 7 coffees and nailing the bonus round.
