Do I need a SOVDA Lift?

Not always. The blender has its own vacuum loader. It pulls from a hopper, or you put the lance in any bin. A SOVDA Lift helps when the coffee is far away. With its auto-start sensor, it moves coffee the moment it lands.

How much does it blend at once?

It holds 230 L (61 US gal). That's about 85 kg (187 lb) of medium roast. Darker roasts weigh less per liter, so a bit less fits.

Will it fit in my roastery?

It needs about 1.2 × 1.4 m (48 × 55 in) of floor and stands 1.34 m (53 in) tall. The drawing above shows every side.

What power and air does it need?

Single-phase power: 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 3.5 kW. Plus a little compressed air: 0.017 m³/h at 0.4 MPa (0.01 CFM at 60 psi). We check this with you before it ships.

How does coffee get out?

Through three doors. Each one is a tap on the touchscreen. Send coffee to your filler, a bin or storage.

Who on my team can run it?

Anyone. Load, blend and each door is one tap on the touchscreen. Let it run in automatic mode, or run it by hand.
