Getting new equipment into your roastery should be simple. This page explains how long delivery takes, how we ship to your country, and which documents and codes you, your customs broker or your bank will need.

This page applies to all equipment sold by SOVDA LLC, including the Pearl Mini, Precision Fill, Precision Fill Mini, SOVDA Lift and SOVDA Blend.

• Maximum lead time: up to 150 days from order confirmation to delivery, including production and shipping.
• Usually faster: most orders arrive well before that. Machines we have in stock can ship within a week.
• Stock: we are building stock in the United States and Europe to shorten delivery times further.
• Air freight: available on request for faster delivery, at extra cost.

Planning Around a Deadline
Opening a new roastery, or working with a grant that requires equipment to be installed by a set date? Ask us for the current lead time for your exact configuration before you commit to a date. Also plan time for commissioning and training once your equipment arrives.

We ship on the following Incoterms. The table shows who arranges each step and who acts as the importer.

What Each Term Means for You

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we deliver to your roastery with import duties and taxes already paid. You receive your equipment without dealing with customs.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver to your roastery. You are the importer, so you pay import duties and taxes on arrival. The carrier or a customs broker usually handles clearance on your behalf.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we ship and insure your equipment to a port in your country. You clear customs and arrange delivery from the port to your roastery.
• EXW (Ex Works): your equipment is ready for collection from us. You or your freight forwarder arrange shipping, export and import. We provide all the documents your forwarder needs.

Shipping Costs
Freight is quoted per order and shown on your quote. It depends on your destination, your chosen Incoterm and the equipment you order.

• DDP countries (United States and Saudi Arabia): duties and import taxes are included in your quote.
• All other countries: duties, VAT and local fees are paid by you on import. Rates depend on your country and the HS code of each machine.

We recommend asking a local customs broker for a duty estimate before you order. Send them the HS codes below.

The first six digits apply internationally. The remaining digits can vary by country, so your customs broker should confirm the full code for your import.
